    The event hosts are not liable for any allergic reactions, illness, or health issues arising from the consumption of any food or drink provided, shared, or consumed during the event.
    Participants are responsible for checking ingredient lists and consuming items at their own discretion.


  2. Food Disclaimer

    All attendees are reminded that this is a homemade cookie swap. The hosts cannot guarantee that all food items meet specific food safety or hygiene standards. By participating, you acknowledge that you consume food and beverages at your own risk.

  3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

    All ticket purchases are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, no-show, or change of plans.
    In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the Cookie Picnic, participants will be notified, and refund options (if applicable) will be communicated.

  4. Personal Responsibility

    Attendees are responsible for their own belongings, conduct, and behaviour throughout the event.
    The hosts are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

  5. Photos & Media

    By attending the Cookie Picnic, you give consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded by the event organizers or media personnel.
    These photos and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes without further notice or compensation.
